About The Position

Looking for an opportunity where success comes naturally? Then you may have found your crew. We’re looking for a Snow Laborer to join our team. THIS ROLE IS A Part-Time; On-Call - AS NEEDED ROLE. MEANING YOU WILL NOT WORK UNLESS THE SNOW LEVELS REACH A POINT WHERE THE ALL-ROUND STAFF CANNOT HANDLE IT. THE PAY RANGE FOR THIS ROLE IS $22 - $25 PER HOUR BASED UPON PREVIOUS RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE AND ANY CERTIFICATIONS / LICENSES YOU HOLD.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Work well under pressure while observing safety guidelines with minimal supervision.
• Have a smart phone (to download and use our attendance tracker App).
• Have dependable transportation.
• Must be able to work on an On-Call basis; with 1-3 hours advanced notice and commit to reported when contacted by the Report time.
• Able to lawfully work in the USA.

Responsibilities

• Perform all tasks related to snow removal, including operating ATV plows, snow blowers, snow shovels and salt spreaders.
• Work with Sidewalk-Crew Leaders as a team to efficiently and safely complete each assignment.
