Accenture Federal Services is seeking a ServiceNow Service Management Lead to join our team and support our client in the San Antonio area in a vibrant and growing tech hub. As a ServiceNow Implementation Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful implementation of ServiceNow solutions within the organization. Your role will involve working closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements, architecting solutions that meet their needs, and ensuring the security of the implemented systems.

Requirements

  • 4 years of experience with ServiceNow
  • 3 years of experience in solution architecture
  • DoD 8570 IAT LII certification (e.g.: Sec+, etc.)
  • Must have an active Top Secret level clearance coming in (SCI preferred)

Nice To Haves

  • Additional technical certifications (e.g.: CSA, CAD, etc.)

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the confidentiality and integrity of sensitive information
  • Implementing SNOW solutions and ensuring system security
