About The Position

We are seeking reliable and flexible individuals for seasonal, on-call work during the winter season. This position involves outdoor work in varying weather conditions, and hours will fluctuate based on snowfall and other winter-related factors. Job Function: Support snow removal and de-icing operations specifically on clearing & salting of private or public walkways and driveways.

Requirements

Must be able to follow directions.
Pass pre-employment drug screen
Must be available to respond to work requests 24 hours a day 7 days a week
Must be able to work for uninterrupted extended periods of time
Able to work in all weather conditions
The ability to lift 50 lbs or more throughout the day
Able to stand and walk for extended periods of time

Nice To Haves

Experience running snow removal sidewalk equipment ATV’s, UTV, Tractors, etc.
Valid Drivers License

Responsibilities

During snow removal season you must be willing to work all hours of the day while on call 24/7.
Clear sidewalks of snow using snow shovels, snow blowers, or other equipment.
Work in sometimes extreme weather conditions.
Willing to do whatever task is necessary to support snow and ice operations.
