Requirements
- At least 1 year experience pushing snow on commercial lots
- Valid Driver's License
- Pass pre-employment drug screen
- Able to work outdoors in different weather conditions
- Able to be on call 24/7 during winter season months
- Able to handle the physical demands of the position
- Be punctual and reliable
- Trainable, coachable, and able to grasp new concepts quickly
- Accountability to themselves and to their team
- Be someone others want to work with
Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently operating a variety of snow removal and salt spreading equipment
- Shovels snow to create a safe pathway for the public, pedestrians, and traffic
- Salt-Spreading on sidewalks and walking pathways by using hand-held salt spreaders, shovels, and buckets
- Providing 24/7 critical snow and ice management services
- Always representing the company in a professional manner and appearance
