We are currently seeking multiple Snow Removal Crew Members to join our snow teams during the 2025/2026 winter season. Experience in snow is a plus but not required. Requirements

  • A valid driver’s license with a good driving record is required.
  • Previous experience using a shovel or snow blower for snow removal is preferred.
  • Experience operating loaders, bobcats, skid steers, or similar equipment for snow removal is required.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must have dependable transportation to and from work sites.
  • Must be available for a minimum of 6-hour shifts, either during the day or overnight; 12-24 hour availability is preferred.
  • Must be prepared to dress appropriately for all weather conditions.
  • Proven track record of good attendance and reliability is required.

Nice To Haves

  • CDL License is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Remove snow using heavy duty equipment and other machinery as well as assist with shoveling or snow blowing for extended periods, depending on snowfall levels.
  • Apply salt for several hours as required based on weather conditions.
  • Ensure snow is placed appropriately, avoiding trees, shrubs, fire hydrants, and sidewalks.
  • May operate a salt truck or end loader to spread salt using a mounted hopper/spreader (experience-dependent).
  • May use a pickup plow or Bobcat for snow removal (experience-dependent).
  • Report to either a central location or directly to assigned job sites.
  • Check in with the supervisor/Route Manager before leaving to confirm if assistance is needed elsewhere.
  • Report any concerns to the supervisor promptly.
  • Maintain a strong attendance record, arriving on time or as directed for all snow events.
  • Confirm arrival and completion times with the supervisor for accurate recording.
  • Answer customer questions about snow removal processes or direct them to the on-site supervisor as needed.
  • Collaborate effectively with the supervisor and coworkers for efficiency.
  • Clean and return equipment to designated areas after use; keep vehicles clean at all times.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor/manager.
  • Follow company safety policies and procedures at all times.
