We're currently hiring Snow Plowing Truck Drivers for the upcoming winter season. If you have experience clearing snow and are ready to join a dedicated team, we want to hear from you! We are looking for reliable and experienced snow plow drivers to join our winter operations team. You’ll be responsible for clearing roads, parking lots, and private properties during snow events—helping keep our community safe and accessible.

Requirements

• Prior experience with snow plowing is required
• Valid driver’s license; CDL preferred for higher pay tier
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays during snow events
• Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work in extreme weather conditions
• Ability to operate snow plow trucks safely and efficiently
• Good communication skills and ability to follow routes and directions

Responsibilities

• Operate snow plow trucks to remove snow from designated areas
• Apply salt or sand as needed for traction and ice prevention
• Perform routine pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Maintain accurate records of hours worked and materials used
• Ensure all work is performed in accordance with safety standards
