Requirements

Valid driver's license.
Two years of driving experience with a clean record required.
Previous experience operating snowplow equipment or similar heavy machinery.
Ability to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays, as required by weather conditions.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Physical stamina to work in cold weather and perform manual tasks as needed.
Excellent communication skills and commitment to safety.

Responsibilities

Operate company provided snow plowing equipment to remove snow and ice from both commercial and residential roadways, parking lots, and other designated areas.
Maintain accurate records of plowing routes, hours worked, and materials used.
Communicate with dispatch and supervisors regarding conditions, equipment issues, and completed tasks.
Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure safe operations of equipment.
Maintaining good attendance and arriving as promptly as possible for each snow event you are called for.
