Requirements

• Valid driver's license. Two years of driving experience with a clean record required.
• Previous experience operating snowplow equipment or similar heavy machinery.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as required by weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Physical stamina to work in cold weather and perform manual tasks as needed.
• Excellent communication skills and commitment to safety.
• Must be 18 years or older to work nighttime hours.

Responsibilities

• Operate company provided snow plowing equipment to remove snow and ice from both commercial and residential roadways, parking lots, and other designated areas.
• Maintain accurate records of plowing routes, hours worked, and materials used.
• Communicate with dispatch and supervisors regarding conditions, equipment issues, and completed tasks.
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure safe operations of equipment.
• Maintain good attendance and arrive as promptly as possible for each snow event you are called for.
