About The Position
Aero, part of the Outworx Group family of Companies, is a leading snow removal company with over 30 years of experience in commercial snow removal and melting services. We specialize in providing snow management solutions for major airports, cities, municipalities, shopping malls, sports complexes, shipping terminals, and various commercial sites. Our Snow Operator position at SEATAC International Airport involves critical responsibilities in the push/pile and melting of snow, ensuring safe and efficient operations during winter weather conditions. We are looking for skilled drivers and heavy equipment operators who are experienced in operating various types of snow removal equipment, including front-end loaders, rubber tire dozers, pick-up trucks with snow-plow attachments, bobcats, and fuel trucks. The role requires individuals who can work effectively in non-climate-controlled environments and are physically capable of performing tasks that include walking, standing, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, lifting, grasping, carrying, pushing, and pulling. Equipment training will be provided weekly, starting in September and continuing until early December, to ensure all operators are proficient and safe in their operations. This position is essential for maintaining the safety and accessibility of the airport during snow events, and we encourage all qualified individuals, including minorities, females, veterans, and individuals with disabilities, to apply.
