Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older
No experience required and on the job training provided
No high school diploma, GED or college degree required

Responsibilities

Clear and maintain outdoor areas, including walkways, driveways, and building entrances.
Operate snow removal equipment such as shovels, snow blowers, and plows safely and efficiently.
Apply de-icing materials (salt, sand, etc.) to prevent slippery surfaces and ensure pedestrian safety.
Follow established procedures for equipment use and chemical application to avoid damage to property.
Notify the supervisor of any hazards, equipment issues, or areas requiring additional attention.
Maintain effective communication and teamwork with colleagues, supervisors, and clients.
Comply with all safety, security, and quality standards set by the company and regulatory authorities.
Perform seasonal tasks such as sweeping walks, raking leaves, and clearing debris when snow removal is not required.
Assist with moving outdoor furniture or equipment as needed for snow clearing.
Ensure work areas are clean and organized after snow removal operations.
