Blue Mountain Resort is seeking enthusiastic and outgoing individuals to join our team as Snow Instructors. This part-time position is perfect for those who are passionate about adventure sports and eager to share their love for skiing and snowboarding with guests of all ages. As a Snow Instructor, you will have the opportunity to teach both children and adults, helping them to connect with nature and enjoy the thrill of winter sports. You will be responsible for creating fun and engaging outdoor experiences that keep our guests coming back for more. In this role, you will be expected to uphold the highest levels of guest and employee safety while improving your own skiing, riding, teaching, and interpersonal skills. You will adopt the methodologies and techniques used by the Blue Mountain Learning Center, ensuring that you provide the best possible instruction to our guests. Additionally, you will assist in the operational responsibilities of the Ski & Ride programs, which include greeting guests, managing the registration process, fitting equipment, and maintaining the cleanliness of both outdoor and indoor teaching areas. You will also be involved in surface lift operations and will support supervisory staff as needed.
