Requirements

• Customer and quality focus
• Effective communication skills (verbal and written)
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Valid drivers license with a safe driving record
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs repeatedly
• Able to operate equipment such as skid steers, loaders and/or RTV’s with mounted snow plows or pushers
• Available 24/7
• Prepare and show up for calls fee from the influence of any drugs, alcohol or medications that have an effect on safe and productive equipment operation
• Minimum 2 years of experience operating snowplows and or snowplow equipment

Responsibilities

• Keep excellent records of times, dates, equipment inspection, site/service logs
• Respond quickly to calls for snow and ice events
• Clear snow from customer sites from designated areas
• Pile snow in designated and approved locations only
• Operate equipment in a safe, responsible and efficient manner following all recommended operating procedures
• Always be available for communication during, before and after a shift
• Submit paperwork and documentation promptly at the end of each shift
• Work safely near heavy equipment and other vehicles on a regular basis
