As the Sneaker Authentication Operations Manager, you will be responsible for directing all sneaker authentication operations in our new Louisville, Kentucky facility. You will manage a team of hourly employees, ensuring performance objectives are consistently met while building positive employee relations and leadership bench strength within the team. You will collaborate regularly with internal and external partners to ensure alignment with eBay principles and business goals.
