Snack Shop Manager
About The Position
The Snack Shop Manager is responsible for oversight of the snack shop where ice cream, sodas, snacks, and some hot foods are prepared and served to campers, guests and staff. Snack Shop Manager is a year-round position that is full-time in the summer and part-time the rest of the year. Prerequisites: Growing personal relationship with Jesus Christ and spiritual maturity to lead self and others. Must affirm, live, and model Spruce Lake Ministries mission, vision, statement of faith and core values. Must have a teachable spirit, team-player attitude, and servant heart. Conducts him/herself in a manner that is above reproach. Qualifications Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills. Leadership and supervisory skills Motivated, detail oriented and organized. Able to work effectively in a team environment. Basic math and computer skills. At least 21 years of age or greater. Spruce Lake Ministries, Pinebrook or Spruce Lake, does not currently hire anyone who is not authorized to work in the US, nor are we able to sponsor international employees or volunteers.
