About The Position

The Snack Shack Lead will provide daily direction to the Outfitters in the department to include but not limited to, high engagement customer service, drink preparation, proper food handling, inventory management and service engagement. In addition, the Snack Shack Lead will provide prompt, friendly service to guests while maintaining all food and health compliance standards in a fast-paced retail environment. This individual will complete the food and drink preparation following the company expectations, complete the sales transactions through point of sale and support other functions including Outfitter training, food and supply ordering, stocking, cleaning and sanitizing within the coffee shop.

Requirements

  • Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Excellent organization skills and attention to details.
  • Ability to utilize recipes to create customer orders.
  • Ability to maintain a neat and clean workspace.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Adaptability to new processes and procedures.
  • Regularly walks, stands, and lifts up to 50 lbs.
  • Occasionally does computer work
  • Performs tasks and duties under general supervision, using established procedures and innovation.
  • Chooses from limited alternatives to resolve problems.
  • Occasional independent judgment is required to complete work assignments.
  • Often makes recommendations to work procedures, policies, and practices.

Responsibilities

  • Supports a strong commitment to world-class customer service and ensures a pleasant and productive shopping experience for all guests.
  • Provides daily direction and training to Outfitters and prepares task lists.
  • Oversees department product and supplies orders preventing out of stocks.
  • Ensures compliance with operational standards, company policies, safety and sanitation guidelines, federal/state/local laws and ordinances.
  • Demonstrates knowledge of the entire food and beverage menu and its preparation.
  • Receive and process payments through point-of-sale register.
  • Clean and maintain all brewing equipment and report any maintenance needs promptly.
  • Support and maintain inventory of all supplies and food products utilized in the coffee shop.
  • Remains knowledgeable of all current promotions for the coffee shop and the retail store.
  • Maintains cleanliness, sanitation and organization of the work area and coffee shop.
  • ALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED
