About The Position
The Snack Bar Shift Supervisor I is a leadership role responsible for overseeing snack bar operations, ensuring a clean, safe, and smooth-running environment. Key duties include stepping into various food service roles (cashier, cook, runner), leading the team in the manager's absence, and training new staff. The supervisor is expected to maintain a positive attitude, deliver outstanding guest service, collaborate with all departments, protect confidential information, and adhere to internal processes. A strong emphasis is placed on safety, requiring the supervisor to model and encourage safe practices, assist in accident investigation and prevention, use safety equipment, report hazards, and take personal responsibility for team safety.
Requirements
- Reliable transportation
- A valid driver’s license
- A positive attitude
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., push, pull, bend, and stay on your feet or move around all shift.
- Ready to work outdoors in all kinds of weather — sun, rain, or a little sprinkle of snack magic!
