About The Position

Essential Purpose: To prepare and serve food and beverages in the snack bar, beverage cart, and Caddie’s Cantina. Essential Duties: To understand and respond to all guest needs and requests in a timely and professional manner. To correctly open and/or close the snack bar according to specified procedures. To provide prompt, efficient, and gracious customer service to all guests, including taking orders, preparing food and beverages as ordered, and bussing tables To follow all specified procedures to correctly handle all transactions. To maintain at all times an adequate stock of food, beverages, and supplies, to accommodate business needs. To meet health and safety regulations standards in the performance of all job tasks. To follow all policies and procedures of the food and beverage department and Temecula Creek Inn To immediately report all suspicious occurrences and hazardous conditions. To maintain the cleanliness and safety of work areas at all times. To practice safe work habits at all times, to avoid injury to self and others. To comply with company and departmental safety rules and regulations, including the proper handling of all relevant equipment. To attend all mandatory meetings, as directed. To perform other tasks, including cross-training, as directed.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • English fluency required.
  • Must have some experience in food industry, with emphasis on fast food experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Hotel experience preferred.
