ABOUT Thunderzone A DAY IN THE LIFE AS A SNACK BAR ATTENDANT You will be working with customers as probably the first (or the only) contact, so it is imperative that your customer service skills are excellent. Working as a snack bar attendant means that you might be on your feet all day, tending to guests or customers. The ability to stand for long periods of time is important, as is the capability to handle complaints and issues. If you have decided that your next job will be that of a snack bar attendant, you must possess exceptional communication skills, along with a great ability to get along with people from different walks of life. Responsibilities

Greet customers or guests as they arrive at the snack table or counter, and interact with them in a helpful and positive manner.
Provide customers with information on our full menu options.
Assist customers in choosing their desired items, by providing information such as spice levels.
Accept and process cash payments, and tender change according to specified instructions.
Monitor and replenish all paper goods and beverage items by stocking counters and displays in a neat manner.
Remove and properly dispose of trash and debris accumulated in snack bar station, to stay in sync with company procedures.
Ascertain that all received deliveries of food items and supplies are properly placed in their assigned areas.
Work with customers / guests and staff members to resolve issues such as complaints regarding food quality and taste.
