About The Position

Stanley Electric is offering a great opportunity for you to grow your mechanical aptitude into a very rewarding career as a Surface Mount Technician! This position is for the 2nd shift and involves working in a fast-paced environment, being challenged, and learning new skills. The role is a hybrid of Technician/Operator producing PWB, where you will be responsible for achieving daily production goals, performing preventative machine maintenance, troubleshooting and repairing machine issues, and reporting downtime and quality issues to leadership.

Requirements

• High school diploma
• Mechanical experience in areas such as Automotive, HVAC, Hydraulics, Electrical, etc. using basic hand tools
• Physically able to lift 50lbs and stand on concrete for extended periods of time
• Adept at time management, ensuring multiple machines reach their daily production targets

Nice To Haves

• IPC 610 Certification
• Maintenance skills with basic hand tools and changeover processes
• Electronics manufacturing background
