Requirements

• Previous experience as an SMT Operator in Electronic Manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of Surface Mount Technology processes and equipment.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English.
• High School or GED.

Responsibilities

• Proficient in the setup and operation of SMT equipment (Fuji, Mydata), SMT screen printers, automatic and semi-automatic pick-and-place systems and reflow ovens.
• Component Identification knowledge.
• Feeder sizes and pitches.
• Ability to understand and implement SMT operations per drawings and assembly procedures.
• Attention to detail in the preparation for and SMT assembly of complex PCBs.
• Good communication skills.
