Employees enjoy a highly competitive benefits package including: Up to 120 hours earned paid time off in the first year of employment Increased paid time off with years of service milestones Paid holidays Profit sharing and more Summary: The purpose of this position is to provide soldering support to the SMT line in a timely manner, remove and replace SMT components on printed circuit boards to specification, inspect own work to guarantee conformation to company quality standards, and provide an overall stewardship of the assets to our shareholders. Under limited supervision, performs a wide variety of SMT functions, including ground plane soldering and SMT Soldering of electronic components including resistors, capacitors, connectors, IC's, switches, crystals, using no-clean and organic flux and both lead and lead-free solder at a IPC Class II and Class III levels. Basic knowledge of the assigned functions is preferred, but will consider those with limited or no prior experience.
