About The Position

Purpose of the position 1 , Yield improvement for critical process, include SMT and UF process; 2, Development and optimization of production management system; 3, Creation and validation of standardized operating procedures; 4, Process development and troubleshooting;

Requirements

• 4-years of high school or Associate degree or higher academic qualifications
• Flexible application of Cam350 & CAD software
• Familiar with SMT technology or UF technology, have SMT DFM capability
• Familiar with environmental reliability testing method

Nice To Haves

• More than 3 years of process improvement experience
• Experience in SMT technology development and new product introduction within the industry
• Experience in stencil design and SMT manufacturing work

Responsibilities

• Develop and validate SMT stencil base on customer documents
• Establish operation standards for each workstation
• Improve training documents
• Analyze SMT defects through big data stratification
• Analysis of SMT process defect , identify root causes of issues, develop effective corrective actions, and timely report results to senior management and customers
• Verify that the device parameters are defined to meet the customer requirements
• Trained operators to standardize processes
• Propose new design concept solution and provide technical support for the MP issue fix
