About The Position

In this role, you will be responsible for assembling, inspecting and processing surface mount (SMT) electronic sub-assemblies using robotic machines. What you’ll do: Tend machines by quickly and efficiently loading/replenishing feeders with reels of components, entering programs into automated placement machinery, setting up support fixtures, and prepping Position, align, and hand-place components on PCBs when required. Collect quality data which is essential for continuous improvement and tracking of factory deliverables Understand and execute tasks efficiently and accurately. Problem solve and troubleshoot issues. Responsible for timely maintenance of the machine according to maintenance schedule. Inspect and log failed units Operate automated optical inspection machine as needed.

Requirements

• Preferred 2+ years' experience in manufacturing environment.
• Ability to lift 10 lbs daily, 50 lbs weekly
• Ability to bend , stand, walk and/or sit for majority of 8 hour shift
