About The Position

We are currently reviewing applications for Smoke House Ham Technician 3-2-2 shift. This position has the following principal accountabilities: Basic computer skills Basic math skills (ability to successfully complete a math assessment) Demonstrate knowledge of and successfully pass the CCP operator test (annually) Ability to push 2,000 pound racks of meat and to lift 50-pound bags of ingredients on a regular basis Applicants must not now, or at any time in the future, require employer sponsorship for a work visa. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer. Must be 18 years of age or older (all plant positions) PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS: Incumbents must remain fully competent on the job and successfully pass the annual CCP test. If performance falls below “fully competent”, the team member will be given a time period to improve. Those who do not remain fully competent will be disqualified and will be considered for any current openings on one of the other production teams.
