About The Position
Coursera is looking for an experienced SME recruiter to support its global vendor strategy and recruit subject matter experts (SMEs) for SME enablement goals. This role is crucial for optimizing SME-based partnerships, managing cost structures, and ensuring the sourcing of high-quality SMEs for in-house production. The SME recruiter will be responsible for building contractor SOWs, revenue share agreements, processing invoicing, reviewing resumes, and maintaining the existing database of SMEs. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in SME recruitment and contracting, with the ability to foster strategic partnerships within the SME network.
