About The Position

Agile Defense is seeking qualified professionals to support national security intelligence and operational analysis missions within a multi-agency federal environment. This work supports critical government efforts focused on identity resolution, threat screening, intelligence analysis, and information sharing across the U.S. national security and law enforcement community. The mission operates in a fast-paced operational environment supporting national security priorities, with teams working collaboratively across government partners to ensure timely analysis, data integrity, and operational coordination. Support may include intelligence analysis, operational support, program management, and mission coordination activities that contribute to protecting the United States from national security threats. JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Selected applicants may be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Agile Defense is seeking cleared professionals across a variety of roles supporting national security mission operations. Potential responsibilities may include: Shall work closely with the Program Manager and establish priorities and plans across the contract, and engage with customers to understand changing needs and requirements. Shall provide support to ensure operational coverage for all critical areas to meet 24 hours, 7 days a week, 365-day requirements and priorities as identified by client leadership. Shall provide timely responses to email and phone calls as needed to include after-hours coordination when needed. As requested by the Program Manager, with no adverse effects on their primary duties, shall assist the Program Manager to fill vacancies with fully-qualified candidates in a timely and efficient manner. Apply expert qualitative and quantitative methods to assess and improve threat screening effectiveness and complex management systems, processes, and procedures; document best practices, train, mentor, and provide quality assurance for more junior staff. Utilize deep knowledge of threats, screening operations, IC databases, and analytical techniques to conduct high-level studies and develop well supported conclusions and recommendations. Lead Unit teams, organize analytical efforts, mentor, train, and ensure quality, accuracy, and thoroughness of work; collaborate with management to implement changes that may involve significant resource shifts and procedural overhauls. Understand a broad range of administrative laws, policies, and regulations relevant to client programs and ensure they are thoroughly implemented and adhered to; quickly gain insight into the client’s mission, goals, and interagency relationships to evaluate program impacts.

Requirements

  • Active TS/SCI clearance
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a CI Polygraph
  • Strong analytical and research skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in mission-focused environments
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in operational settings
  • Master’s Degree and at least 12 years of relevant experience OR Bachelor's Degree and at least 14 years of relevant experience; 4 additional years of experience may be substituted in place of a Bachelor's degree
  • Background in intelligence analysis, national security, law enforcement, or related mission environments
  • Experience conducting research and analysis using multiple information systems
  • Familiarity with intelligence processes, analytical methodologies, or operational mission environments
  • Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced mission support environments
