Elavon, a leader in payment solutions and a wholly owned subsidiary of U.S. Bank, is seeking an in-market outside Sales Account Executive to join our dynamic team. This role presents an exciting opportunity to develop new business account relationships with our referral bank partners. As a Sales Account Executive, you will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships that lead to consistent referral production. Our bank partners provide warm leads, and you will be rewarded for successfully converting these referrals into business opportunities. In this position, you will utilize Salesforce as a CRM tool to manage your daily activities and track your progress. Your primary focus will be on developing profitable new business account relationships and increasing profitability from existing accounts by selling Merchant Services, including processing for major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express, to small and medium-sized businesses. You will identify business opportunities based on your knowledge of clients, markets, products, and services, and you will learn to develop expert-level knowledge of our offerings. Your role will also involve presenting to prospective clients, informing them of the benefits of using our products and services to meet their needs. You will implement and maintain an effective referral network and call program to promote sales. While you will receive guidance and training in a remote environment, achieving daily objectives set forth by your manager will be essential. Importantly, no prior experience with Merchant Services is required; we are looking for candidates with strong sales experience and a willingness to learn and grow with us.
