As an SMB Relationship Manager at Principal Financial Group, you will play a significant role in driving revenue growth, retention, and economic improvements for our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include: Building and maintaining positive relationships with key advisors and clients to deliver tailored solutions. Conducting regular meetings with clients and advisors to demonstrate the outcomes generated by our services. Implementing strategies around plan design, services, investments, participant education, pricing, and compliance. Providing consultation and solution-based recommendations to help plan sponsors meet their objectives. Handling sensitive communications and negotiations to preserve favorable relationships and uphold Principal's interests. Bringing to bear your knowledge of products, industry trends, and investments to proactively differentiate Principal. Collaborating closely with internal partners to improve team collaboration while maintaining responsibility for client and advisor relationships.
