We're looking for an ambitious, detail-oriented self-starter to join our Client Success team as a SMB Implementation Specialist. Once a sale is complete, our Implementation Specialists ensure the Awardco product is properly set up and configured to meet client needs. This role requires excellent communication and project management skills in order to build and maintain strong relationships with all of Awardco's clients.

Requirements

• Immense attention to detail as you manage multiple different projects
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Collaborative mindset and proven ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment, positively contributing to our culture
• 4-year Bachelor's Degree required
• Experience in a client facing role required
• Proven track record of success in previous roles
• Proficiency with standard business software and tools including Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace

Nice To Haves

• Experience with product configuration in a SaaS/tech industry preferred
• Project management experience preferred
• Familiarity with project management software (like Monday.com) and Salesforce is a plus

Responsibilities

• Independently prioritize and manage time, tasks, and resources to facilitate multiple implementation projects simultaneously
• Ensure customer success and satisfaction by guiding clients through implementation, configuring Awardco's product to align with their unique business objectives and maximize engagement
• Maintain high levels of communication with clients throughout project timeline
• Ensure that each task is done correctly and efficiently while meeting all project deadlines
• Maintain client and project records within our project management tools (i.e. Monday.com, Salesforce), ensuring data accuracy and cross-functional visibility
• Become an expert in the Awardco platform through product configuration while proactively staying up to date on product releases
• Work efficiently with other departments across the company
