Client Success Managers maintain strong relationships with their assigned clients, ensuring they reach organizational goals for employee engagement through the Awardco software. They maintain high-levels of client satisfaction while also identifying opportunities for growth.

Requirements

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strategic problem solving
Friendly, people-oriented personality
Experience working in client relations preferred
A Bachelors Degree
Proven track record of success in each job you've held

Responsibilities

Maintain a client renewal rate of 91% at all times
Respond to each client request by the end of each day
Work across departments to find innovative solutions to client needs
Record all updates and client touchpoints in Salesforce each day
Conduct regular check-ins with each client
Maintain emotional and mental composure organizing and prioritizing tasks
Explain complex issues in a simple and understandable way, both verbally and in writing
Own a book of business with 100+ clients
