General Assembly is seeking a SMB Account Director to lead the charge in sourcing and securing new small-to-medium business (SMB) clients. This role is critical in building and shaping a function within our growing sales organization. As the SMB Account Director, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and closing new SMB clients, requiring a proactive and resourceful individual comfortable navigating uncharted territory. You will develop creative sales strategies, refine outreach techniques, and build a scalable SMB acquisition process while collaborating with strategic partners like LHH to expand our reach and build sustainable growth engines across the SMB segment.
