This position is in Cargill's agricultural supply chain business. We sit at the heart of the supply chain, partnering with farmers and customers to source, make and deliver essential products.

  • Own product strategy and development, from inception to delivery, identifying business value and end user outcomes including key performance indicators and financial return on investment.
  • Communicate with stakeholders to ensure the goals are clear and aligned with business objectives, utilizing key performance indicators to show progress.
  • Create product roadmaps as a high level, strategic visual summary that outlines the vision and direction for the product offering over time.
  • Create the product backlog items and prioritize them based on the overall strategy and business objectives and map out project dependencies.
  • Drive progress on multiple projects/initiatives in parallel.
  • Build technology solutions and partner collaboratively with other team members in Smart, Data & Analytics and DT&D.
  • Provide expert thought leadership in your field and work with limited direction, using additional research and interpretation to identify issues or problems.
  • Provide directions to support team members and be a strategic contributor.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Clear understanding of agile values, frameworks and metrics.
  • Solid background on data and analytics with proved experience leading data and technology projects and manipulating data on databases, queries and Excel.
  • Proved experience with manufacturing process control and automation projects.
  • Experience leading change and communication with a large and diverse group of stakeholders.
  • Experience facilitating teams and breaking down business requirements into deliverables.
  • Minimum of four years of related work experience.
  • Project management certification.
  • Agile product owner certification.
  • Experience with Phyton and general coding.
