About The Position

Siemens is seeking new graduates to join the full-time two-year Operations Leadership Development Program with our Smart Infrastructure Electrical Products division. This program is designed for early career talent to accelerate their careers and prepare them for a dynamic future at one of our manufacturing facilities. The start date is early January 2026, and the program will require relocation for four, six-month rotations across various Siemens U.S. manufacturing facilities. Potential rotation locations include Grand Prairie, TX; Fort Worth, TX; Broken Arrow, OK; Roebuck, SC; Hingham, MA; and Pomona, CA.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree: rising graduates (must graduate by December 2025).
  • Majors: Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Systems Engineering, Industrial Distribution, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related programs.
  • Available to begin full-time employment in January 2026.
  • A strong desire to transform the manufacturing industry through immersion in the manufacturing process.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be willing and able to relocate domestically for each rotation and travel as required by the program.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without the need for current or future company sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior internship or work experience in a manufacturing setting.
  • Prior experience with Siemens and/or Siemens technology.
  • Leadership or cross-functional experience through campus clubs/organizations or employment.

Responsibilities

  • Engaging in diverse projects and processes across four rotations (each 6-months in length) at various Siemens U.S. manufacturing facilities.
  • Improving processes, driving sustainability, and finding effective and efficient solutions to complex challenges.
  • Being forward-thinking and challenging peers and senior management to think ahead.
  • Striving to exceed targets, fuel business growth, and contribute to customer success.
  • Managing and optimizing manufacturing processes, implementing operational excellence, and supervising production, fabrication, and assembly lines.
  • Overseeing material management, including procurement, logistics, inventory control, production and demand planning, and master data stewardship.
  • Measuring performance analytics and systems integration to digitalize manufacturing operations.
  • Coordinating and optimizing workflows and leading and supervising teams.
