About The Position

At AAA, our Team Members strive to deliver amazing service and help our Members outsmart life’s roadblocks. We believe everything you do outside of work adds to who you are at work. This position involves remote troubleshooting and providing customer support for technical issues related to alarm panels, cameras, and z-wave devices. Team Members will contact customers regarding troubleshooting issues, use online resources to assist in resolving these issues, and document interactions with customers. The role requires effective communication and the ability to multitask in a collaborative environment.
