The process is simple. There is no cold calling or D2D sales involved. We get your foot in the door by connecting customers to you who are already interested in ADT home security. In-home appointments are scheduled and provided for you by our Inside Sales team. By helping customers review their security options on-site and move forward with a custom home security package designed by you, you will have the opportunity to earn uncapped sales commissions based on how the homeowner decides to protect their home. The best part is you control the process from start to finish, leaving the customer better protected than before you arrived. Looking to change industries? Requirements

Entrepreneurial and career oriented mindset
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
Proof of vehicle insurance (100/300/100 minimum)
Smartphone/tablet
This job entails meeting certain physical requirements, including the ability to work above head level, carry loads of 30-50 pounds (such as equipment boxes and ladders), operate power tools, and navigate confined spaces like attics and crawl spaces.
