About The Position

We’re hiring a Smart Home Project Manager / Estimator to lead residential and commercial smart home integration projects from pre-sales through installation. This role combines estimating accuracy with hands-on project coordination and client-facing delivery.

Requirements

• Experience managing and estimating low-voltage, AV, or smart home projects
• Strong scheduling, budgeting, and coordination skills
• Ability to read technical plans and translate scope into executable work
• Clear, professional communication with clients and internal teams

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate estimates and proposals for smart home system installations
• Manage projects from scope development through scheduling and closeout
• Coordinate designers, technicians, vendors, and clients for seamless execution
• Review system requirements, site conditions, and technical plans
• Track budgets, timelines, and customer expectations throughout the project lifecycle
