About The Position
As a Smart Home Consultant, you will serve as a sales solutions expert and brand ambassador for ADT, engaging with over 6 million customers. This role involves being the primary contact for home automation clients, addressing inquiries, providing technical advice, and demonstrating the use of new products and services. You will also be responsible for installing and activating security and smart home products while upselling solutions tailored to the needs of residential customers.
