About The Position
We’re offering an exciting opportunity to join Ovo as a qualified Smart Energy Engineer. As a Smart Energy Engineer, you’ll be working at customers homes delivering a service we can be proud of and helping us achieve our mission of driving progress towards net zero carbon living. At OVO, we want to work towards zero carbon living by giving people a tangible understanding of their carbon footprint and clear ways to reduce it, using technology to drive progress. Metering is right at the center of providing customers with the inspiration, information, products and tools they need to take their homes and cars on the journey to zero carbon. You will play a key role in supporting our customers and OVO onto the path of Zero Carbon by visiting our customers offering amazing Customer Service, Carrying out Smart installs and offering fantastic energy efficiency. You will report directly into the Metering Team Manager. As a team you will hold responsibility for safely carrying out smart metering installations and maintenance, fantastic customer service & offering fantastic energy efficiency to our customers. You’ll be working 42.5 Hours per week based in one of the areas above, some travel may be required for training, Team connections and to support our customer demand. The role also involves driving one of our fabulous EV vans for work purposes only.
