About The Position

As a Smart Collaboration Channel Account Manager at Lenovo, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue and profit while ensuring customer satisfaction through a select number of our Channel Partners. This position focuses on selling tailored Collaboration and Video Conferencing solutions, leveraging your expertise to promote Lenovo's Smart Collaboration portfolio and close new business opportunities. You will work closely with both Lenovo Sellers and Channel Sellers, providing solution-selling expertise that enhances the effectiveness of our partners in selling these innovative solutions. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with the Smart Collaboration Business Unit, which is responsible for developing our Collaboration and Video Conferencing solutions. You will help identify partner requirements and ensure they receive adequate training and support to effectively sell our solutions. The role requires direct interaction with both channel partners and clients, necessitating a deep understanding of the industry and strong contacts within it. You will be expected to close deals, drive the adoption of new cloud technologies, and achieve significant growth in your assigned markets. In this dynamic role, you will demonstrate a strong understanding of Video Conferencing and associated AV solutions technology, developing sales strategies and setting aggressive goals to grow key markets. Achieving revenue and profitability objectives for Lenovo will be a primary focus, as will aligning with the Lenovo Channel Account team to understand segment initiatives and deliver successful strategies for driving Collaboration and Video Conferencing sales. Building relationships with sales leadership and serving as a trusted consultant to our Channel Partners will be essential for success in this position.
