The Small Store District Sales Manager will be responsible for leading teams of Account Managers developing sales strategies, and executing plans to achieve sales targets and objectives. This role will foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement within the team. The Small Store District Sales Manager will develop and implement strategic sales plans for the territory to achieve revenue growth and market share objectives.

  • Responsible for sales execution in local, regional, and national accounts within assigned segment and territory
  • Lead sales organization to identify opportunities, establish goals and objectives and deliver on plan
  • Track and report progress to ensure programs are being executed and goals are achieved
  • Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to team members to enhance their sales skills and capabilities
  • Analyze sales data and trends to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address gaps
  • Meet with and deliver sales presentations to key customers, assisting Account Managers with maintaining relationships, negotiating, and closing deals
  • Build long-term, profitable relationships with key customers, communicating with them about company policies, industry insights, new product launches and promotions
  • Coordinate new product launches, promotions, and merchandising initiatives to drive brand visibility and sales growth in the market
  • Communicate expectations while creating an environment of accountability and continuous improvement of daily execution
  • High school diploma, GED or equivalent required
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
  • 3+ years of relevant sales experience required
  • Strong sales acumen with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent planning and organization skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Valid driver's license, driving record within policy guidelines, and insurance that meets or exceeds company requirements
  • Ability to occasionally travel, as business needs require.
