The Maintenance Technician Small Projects is a critical member of our team who serves our residents by ensuring higher level requests and repairs are made in a reliable, timely and safe manner. The Maintenance Technician Small Projects is accountable for identifying problems, completing service requests assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor Small Projects, and handling more time-consuming projects generally taking 4 hours to 3 days in length, or a cost meeting the threshold of $2,500-$5,000, depending on scope. They will also be responsible for preparing open apartments in a timely manner. We believe everyone at Goldmark is a leader!
