Small Parcel Processor (1st Shift CSD)
About The Position
Holley, a leader in automotive aftermarket products, has an immediate opening for a 1st Shift Small Parcel Processor at our Distribution Location in Bowling Green, KY. Starting pay is $16.98 with hourly pay progression. Summary of Job Duties: Understand and perform all outbound order processing transactions utilizing an ERP system or similar experience with Syteline or WMS. Audit all shipments processed for accuracy, and destination. Adhere to 6s initiatives, and actively participate in refining and realizing new ones. Ensure shipments meet or exceed Holley's standard to provide the best customer experience.
Requirements
- Must be willing and able to work in a highly team-oriented environment.
- Must possess basic computer and Windows literacy.
- Must be able to maintain a daily plan of action for improvement.
- Must be able to communicate efficiently and effectively with leadership and receiving clerks.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Able to lift up to 40lbs as necessary.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with RF technology is preferred.
- Experience with receiving processes is a benefit.
