About The Position

Salesforce is looking for a Small, Medium and Growth Business Account Executive. This role involves selling the entire Customer 360 Platform or a specific cloud across a set of Salesforce customers and/or new logos. The position requires a deep understanding of business operations and the ability to create demand by uncovering business problems and matching them to Salesforce solutions. The Account Executive will build credibility and trust with customers, influence buying decisions, and generate pipeline that leads to closed revenue and quota attainment.

Requirements

  • Average of 2-5 years of full cycle sales experience, with at least 1 in the field.
  • Proven track record of success in managing and growing existing and/or net new logo accounts.
  • Experience selling to the C-suite.
  • Ability to craft a point of view and build credibility as a ‘Trusted Adviser’ with customers.
  • Experience building a business case and delivering return on investment.
  • Ability to build and deliver presentations to customers.
  • Ability to strategize with a large extended internal team.
