Requirements

• 2+ years of experience performing service repairs preferred.
• Willing to work overtime and Saturdays when necessary.
• Willing to perform work in the field when necessary.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associates degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Knowledgeable of both 2 cycle and 4 cycle small engine diagnosis and repair along with small Diesel Engines.
• Able to perform diagnosis and repair of Lawn & Garden Equipment, such as Lawn Mowers, Utility Vehicles, and Compact Tractors.
• Maintain condition of vehicles, inventory, tools and equipment.
• Maintain current knowledge of John Deere and competitive products.
• Complete training as required for the development of knowledge and skills.
• Ability to learn and use the computer systems for Parts Lookup and Diagnosis of machines.
• Follow all safety rules and regulations in performing work assignments.
• Account for time and materials used in performing assigned duties.
• Other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
