Please note: This is a Monday-Friday schedule with rotating Saturday morning coverage required. As a Shop Lawn & Garden Mechanic, your more typical responsibilities will include: Pre-deliver, inspect, maintain, diagnose, and repair lawn, garden, farm and agricultural equipment. Order parts and prepare repair estimates. Prepare accurate inspection and service reports and maintain other records as required. Complete jobs and repair estimates. Keep work areas clean and orderly. Work in a safe manner. Comply with company policies and government regulations. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements

  • Currently seeking an EXPERIENCED mechanic/technician with 2 or more years mechanic experience working on equipment, preferably lawn/garden, handheld, small engine equipment.
  • High School diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Willingness to learn.
  • Basic math skills.
  • Self-motivated.

Nice To Haves

  • Stihl certification or comparable is preferred.
  • Technical or vocational degree in mechanical field strongly preferred.
