About The Position
Donegal Insurance Group has an opening for a Small Commercial Underwriting Manager. This position will provide leadership, guidance and direction to the small commercial underwriting staff to achieve profitable underwriting results. Individual will ensure high-quality service is delivered to independent agents and will support the underwriters as they contribute to Donegal’s Commercial Lines profitability and growth. Leads and develops Donegal’s Small Commercial underwriters across the entire countrywide footprint. Reports to VP Small Commercial. This role manages a team of front-line underwriters, and will require periodic travel to Donegal’s corporate headquarters in Marietta, Pennsylvania.
