The specialist will offer comprehensive financial solutions to small businesses with annual revenues between $500K and $2.5 million. Key aspects include deepening existing customer relationships through routine calling and developing new opportunities through business development. The position combines digital tools with strong human connections to serve business customers and requires outside prospecting and sales activities to achieve financial targets and growth goals. Additional duties involve account openings, identifying and implementing product solutions, and account servicing and maintenance for customers within the segment. The specialist will actively develop internal and external relationships, collaborating with branch partners, centers of influence, clients, and other business line partners, and referring clients to other U.S. Bancorp areas for additional needs.
