At U.S. Bank, the Small Business Specialist 3 is responsible for demonstrating excellent customer service and providing comprehensive financial solutions to small businesses with annual revenues between $500K and $2.5 million. This role focuses on actively deepening existing customer relationships through routine calling and developing new relationship opportunities through business development activities. The specialist combines digital tools with strong human connections to offer tailored solutions to business customers. The position requires significant outside prospecting and sales activities to grow revenue and achieve assigned financial targets and growth goals. It also involves account openings, identifying and opening product solutions, and account servicing and maintenance for customers within the segment. The specialist is expected to actively develop both internal and external relationships, collaborating with branch partners, centers of influence, clients, and other business line partners, and referring clients to other U.S. Bancorp areas for additional needs. This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location five days per week and involves two or more hours of driving per week.
