Unum is seeking a dynamic and strategic Small Business Sales Director to lead the development, optimization, and execution of sales processes designed to elevate performance across our Small Business Consultant (SBC) organization. As a key driver of our small business segment, you will work closely with field leadership to align vision, shape sales strategy, and ensure consistency and excellence across more than thirty office locations.
