About The Position
The position involves assembling business loan documentation to close Business Solutions Checking Line of Credit loans in accordance with federal and state laws as well as NF policies. The role requires funding business loans after closing and performing due diligence related to transactions. Additionally, the position entails evaluating and processing intermediate business loan and credit card applications submitted via the NG Online portal. The candidate will be responsible for researching and gathering supporting data and loan documentation to ensure compliance with federal regulations, NCUA rules, and NF policies. The role also includes responding to basic electronic correspondence regarding Business Solutions through the Right Now Messaging system and other online channels. The candidate will act as a correspondence expert by researching and resolving member concerns and requests, collaborating with subject matter experts on online business loan processing, and providing essential administrative support to facilitate complex loan and credit card application processing. Furthermore, the candidate will assist in mentoring level I co-workers to enhance their skills and efficiency in the loan process.
